The rooms are at the special discounted rates of:

* Standard Single Room = £80.00
*Standard Room = £95.00 single occupancy / £110.00 double occupancy
*Elgar King Room = £115.00 single occupancy / £130.00 double occupancy
*Executive / Family Room = £145.00 single occupancy / £160.00 double occupancy
*Club Room = £155.00 single occupancy / £170.00 double occupancy

Rates quoted are per room per night and include full English breakfast and VAT.

Please quote "Group Reference 300126WIDO" at time of booking to guarantee the preferential rate.  These rooms will require a credit or debit card to secure booking, with full payment taken 2 weeks prior to arrival.  Cancellations received after this time will be charged in full.

For any guests wanting to stay the Friday or Sunday night the hotel would charge only £85.00 per room (regardless of room type), including breakfast & VAT.

EVENT TICKETS:
By sending us your email (type it into box below) we can email you the booking spreadsheet. Within which you can fill in your party members names, including their menu choices.  Please return completed sheet to presidentsball2026@gmail.com no later than 6 weeks before the event.

Bookings can only be guaranteed upon payment of deposit of £20.
Full payment £60 per person.

The following are the meal choices available (noting Vegan (VE), Vegetarian (V) and Gluten Free (GF).  In exceptional circumstances, other dietary requirements can be discussed with the Chapter.

STARTERS

* Cream of wild mushroom and tarragon soup (V, GF).
* Chicken liver parfait with dressed leaves and red onion marmalade.
* Homemade goats cheese and caramelised red onion tart (V).
* Dovetail melon with blackcurrant sorbet (V, VE, GF).

MAINS

* Roasted cod loin with bearnaise sauce.
* Pan roasted duck served with maple syrup infused jus (GF).
* Pan roasted supreme of chicken with creamy tarragon sauce (GF).
* Wild mushroom and mixed bean ragout, tomato and tarragon sauce (V, VE, GF).

DESSERT

* Sticky toffee pudding with custard (V, GF).
* Lemon & passion fruit tart (V).
* Belgian chocolate and caramel box (V).
* Raspberry frangipane tart (V, VE, GF).
